On-the-spot refunds Private Health Funds

This practice participates in the Health Industry Claims and Payments Service (HICAPS), an electronic claims payment service that offers members of participating health funds automatic claims processing.

If you belong to a participating health fund and your policy covers podiatry, you can receive an immediate refund through the HICAPS system, making your visit easy and cost effective.

We also accept payments in cash and referrals from Department of Veterans Affairs and Medicare under the Enhanced Primary Care Program.

Do I need a referral?

For the majority of people, the answer is no. If however, you are a patient under Workcover, Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) or the Enhanced Primary Care Program (EPC), then a referral from your Doctor is required. This practice offers Bulk Billing for Medicare patients under the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Program.
